We use premium Italian OO flour for a dough that's gentle on digestion and easy to enjoy. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese! Crafted with care for an authentic Italian taste, it's the perfect topping for a slice of perfection. Our signature Pizza Tomato Sauce, crafted from the legendary La San Marzano tomatoes of Italy, brings a burst of rich flavor to every slice.
Our Recipe:
We use Italian OO flour for its fine texture and exceptional taste, resulting in a soft, flavorful thin crust. Milled slowly from top-quality, all-natural soft wheat, it enhances our pizza's flavor. On a personal note, there’s another reason we make our dough with Italian OO flour: we found this flour to be less of an irritant and easier to digest.
